We accept returns only in given 2 situations:
1. Item is reported defective within 24 hours of delivery receipt by mailing us at email@example.com
2. We accidentally shipped you something different than what you ordered.
In the above cases, we request buyer to ship the product back to us in unused condition and original packaging with all the contents shipped to you. The items once received by us, will be inspected and you’ll be notified about the inspection conclusion.
If the claims made by customer are true, you’ll be provided with a replacement only. Refunds will be made only if the returned item is out of stock. In such cases, the shipping paid by customer will also be given back to customer in the form of store discount on their next purchase.
If the claim made by customer is false, the same shipment will be sent back to buyer only after a charge is paid by buyer for additional delivery charge.
Refund will also be made in case buyer makes an order for the products and the products have not been shipped by us.
